I'm here in Hershey, Pennsylvania celebrating the sweetest part of February - Valentine's Day. The whole town of Hershey has declared the 2nd month of the year as "Chocolate Covered February." As the Culinary Director for Hershey Entertainment and Resort Company, I have the unique opportunity to participate in this sweet celebration. Chocolate Covered February favorites include:
