HAM SALAD
4 cups

A combination of sweet and salty makes this VERY simple dip a fun holiday accompaniment.

3 cups cooked ham
5 Tbsp. Pickle Relish
2 Tbsp. Dijon
½ c. mayonnaise

Cut ham slices(1/4” thick) into a small dice
Add other ingredients and mix well. 
Season with salt and pepper.
Chill well before serving.

Serve with crackers, sliced baguettes, gherkins or carrots.
