Green Beans with Oyster Sauce and Sesame Seeds
Serves 6

 1 ½ # green beans, trimmed
1 ½ tablespoons sesame oil
6 oz oyster sauce
2 oz chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
¼ cup sesame seeds, browned

  • Cook green beans in boiling water until crisp tender, approximately 3 minutes, shock in ice water. Drain well.
  • Heat sesame oil. Add beans and stir fry until heated through.  Add garlic and ginger –cook for 1 minute.
  • Toss beans with oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add browned sesame seeds.
