Lamb Burgers
4 servings

1 ½ lbs. ground lamb
1/3 cup minced shallot
3 tsp. cumin
3 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
2 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper

  • Mix together all ingredients and form into four patties.
  • Grill for approximately 5 minutes on each side as the burgers should be almost cooked through.
  • Place each patty on a roll and garnish with condiments of choice. Tzatziki sauce goes especially well with these.
