Cranberry Salsa

Makes 2 cups

Cranberries replace tomatoes for a fun seasonal dip.

2 cups sweetened, cooked cranberries (may substitute canned cranberries)
4 tbsp. cilantro
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. hot sauce

  • Cook cranberries until softened, per recipe on bag.
  • Fold in cilantro, lime juice and hot sauce.
  • Serve with corn chips.
